Victorinox cutting board Epicurean brown medium

This Victorinox cutting board is made from wood fibres. The result is a thin cutting board with a smooth, non-porous, heat-proof and hygienic surface. The material is soft enough to not affect the sharpness of the blade, but hard enough to prevent deep scratches. The board can handle temperatures up to 175 degrees and is dishwasher proof. The board can also be used as coaster or plate. The boards are exclusively produced for Victorinox by the American company called Epicurean.
