## TSPROF Kadet Expert sharpening system


The Kadet is a fusion of the TSPROF K03 and the TSPROF Blitz. A fusion that combines the advantages of both systems. The versatility and upgradability of the K03 and the mobility and price range of the Blitz. The Kadet uses clamps of the K03 sharpening system. The new clamps that come with this system are a little shorter, but you can easily exchange them. The sharpening stone holder and guiding rod are identical to those of the Blitz. Long enough to sharpen outdoor knives and kitchen knives up to 30 cm, and short enough to easily use it on your desk.


**Sharpening angles:**
The system is enhanced with a minimal sharpening angle of 8.5° and a maximum sharpening angle of 28.5° per side. With this sharpening system you can precisely sharpen your Japanese chef's knife in a total sharpening angle of 17 degrees. You can also easily sharpen a machete or cleaver with a total sharpening angle of 57°.


**Clamps:**
The clamps are comprised of one solid piece of aluminium. The clamps that come with the system can handle knives up to 7 mm thick and that are 10 to 30 cm long. Do you want to expand? All clamps that come with the TSPROF 03 fit on the TSPROF Kadet.


**Rotation mechanism:**
The entire unit can turn up to 360°. As such as you sharpen the other side of the knife, you simply turn over the unit. As such you don't have to remove the knife! As such you can sharpen both sides of the knife, using the same sharpening angle.


**Taking it apart and storing it:**
You can take the entire system apart and end up with three parts. As such the system won't take up too much room on your desk, or you can easily take it with you in your backpack if you are planning to sharpen the knives of your friends and family.

## TSPROF Kadet Expert or TSPROF Kadet Expert+?


The Kadet Expert collection is comprised of two options. The Kadet Expert and the Kadet Expert+. The 'regular' Kadet Expert is comprised of the sharpening system (the basis and the sharpening stone holder/guiding rod) and two clamps. The Expert+ also comes with five diamond-coated sharpening stones from extra coarse to extra fine and a TSPROF 4 mm Allen key to secure the clamps.

Un très bon produit de qualité. pas besoin d'être un professionnel pour réussir un aiguisage réussi avec un "poli miroir".
