The Schrade Leroy Bowie SCHF45 is a solid bowie knife, which is also great for the more demanding tasks. A type of bowie-machete, almost a hybrid. You benefit from the blade length of a machete, but the blade thickness is tailored to a survival knife. This makes the blade quite heavy which is great during use.
