The special edition of the Microplane Classic Zester with camouflage pattern is great when grating citrus fruits, hard cheese, garlic and chocolate. The handle feels comfortable in hand and is a little coarser to make sure it won't easily slip from your hands. Not even if the handle is wet. The end of the blade contains small rubber feet. When you start grating you put those feet on your countertop. As such the grater won't slip during use. Because of the rubber you also won't be left with scratches on your countertops.
