The **Medford FS Commando** is a cool dagger knife, inspired by the famous Fairbairn-Sykes-Model. During the Second World War Fairbairn and Sykes designed the British commando dagger. Greg Medford took this design and made a more modern version.

 The pointed blade is made from CPM 3CV-steel. This is a high-end type of steel that is known for its toughness. Because of the matt-black PVD coating it looks very cool. The PVD-coating, however, also ensures that the blade can handle rust.

 The handle is made from brass. The shape of the handle is perfectly aligned to match the shape of the hand. The thinnest part for the shortest fingers, and a thicker part that will perfectly fit in the palm of your hand. A steel knife guard was added in between the handle and blade to make sure you don't accidentally end up on the blade when you slip. With brass you need to keep in mind that after a while it will form a patina. As such each knife will be unique!

 The Medford FS Commando comes with a nice leather sheath. At the most critical point of this sheath a metal plate was mounted on both sides. As such you don't accidentally cut through the sheath.

 The Medford FS Commando is a cool addition to every collection. The highlight in your display case. A unique piece, for the real enthusiast.
