This Le Creuset 3-ply roasting pan offers you ultimate convenience combined with the well-known Le Creuset quality. The pan is 36 cm long, 27 cm wide, and 7 cm high. Please note: including the handles the pan is 39.5 cm long and 10.6 cm high. The pan is made from forged aluminium which guarantees an optimal distribution of the heat. In addition, the roasting pan is a lot lighter than, for instance, one made from cast iron. With this roasting pan you can prepare the most delicious dishes: start with the flames and finish it in the oven!
