A collection with 1996 kitchen knives in total, divided over three different kitchen knives. This Chinese chef's knife, a santoku and a chef's knife. With this Engetsu collection Kai is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Kai Shun brand. This Chinese chef's knife is enhanced with an 18 cm long blade and was produced only 248 times.
