Prachtig en vlijmscherp mes. Zo veel scherper vergeleken met de messen die ik al had. Ligt fijn in de hand.
Ook de snijplank was zeer welkom. Leuk design, wordt veel gebruikt.
De messen uit deze serie zijn zeker niet goedkoop, maar als een set wordt het al wel wat vriendelijker. Ook straalt de kwaliteit ervan af en voor kwaliteit betaal je nu eenmaal wat meer.
Ik heb nu het koksmes van 20 cm en deze santoku en ik zie mij mijn set nog wel verder aanvullen.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
