Full description
The Helle Temagami 300 is a bushcrafting knife, designed by survival guru Les Stroud. The knife has a very nice fit and is perfectly designed for survival and bushcraft purposes. The handle is made of beautiful wavy birch. The handle is shaped, polished and oiled by hand to give it its unique character. The blade is full-tang, which means that the steel by runs through to the end of the handle. The blade is a hard stainless steel, laminated between two layers of 18/8 stainless steel. This core is sharpened incredibly sharp and is very easy to sharpen yourself. This knife is also available with a full carbon steel blade. < br/> < br/> >< The knife comes with a traditional Scandinavian sheath, made of leather. < br/> < br/> >< Maintenance When the handle and blade get wet, you should dry them off with a soft cloth. It is also advised to occasionally wax or oil the handle and blade. < br/> < br/> The sheath should be treated every now and then with a colorless liquid (grease or wax) to keep it smooth. When the sheath has become moist it must be carefully dried at room temperature. < br/> < br/>
