Full description
This Fissler Perfection kitchen knife really catches the eye by the innovative design of the handle. The forged crop passes through in a beautiful twisted "tang" (steel part of the handle). This gives the knife a real dynamic look. The tang is on both sides seamlessly complemented by a FRN-grip part. This is a glass-reinforced plastic that retains its shape well. There will never be any cracks and seams between the bolster and handle. Good to know for hygienic purposes.
