 This **Fissler Crispy Ceramic Classic frying pan**is ideal for crispy texture of your piece of meat, fish or vegetables. This series is made of only high-quality 18/10 stainless-steel, which can be heated to high temperatures. As a result, you sear your products, so it stays juicy and tender.

## Tips


Good cleaning is essential. Straight after baking put some detergent in the pan and clean it with a brush and some water. When you don’t clean it properly it will build up and be very hard to clean. Removing it with kitchen paper won’t be enough!


Do not use olive oil for frying. Olive oil is delicious in salads and pasta, but for baking it is definitely not suited! With temperatures of 120 degrees Celsius or higher, harmful chemicals are released. Sunflower oil, coconut oil or good old butter are better alternatives.

Ik weet niet hoe de pan na 2 jaar er zal uitzien en functioneren, maar na zo'n weken ben ik tevreden. Hij bakt mooi. Er zit ook een goed advies voor onderhoud bij, en als het handvat onverhoopt kapot gaat schijn je die los bij te kunnen bestellen.
