The Fällkniven FH9 is nicely styled, compact pocket knife. The design is slender and therefore very comfortable to carry in your pocket. The short pocket clip is mounted at the very end of the knife, therefore the knife goes deep into your pocket. The Micarta handles have a fine structure and a warm color.   
  


The blade is made of 3G steel. This steel has a core of extremely hard SGPS, and is laminated with tough VG2 steel. The hardness is extreme with 62HRC.

De Fallkniven FH9 is een prachtig , vlijmscherp edc mes. Speciaal de versie aangeschaft met pocketclip zodat die aan de zijkant in de broekzak kan vastgemaakt worden. Dit blijkt nu echter niet optimaal. In gesloten toestand steekt de achterkant (bovenzijde) van het lemmet uit het handvat. Die hoeken zijn vlijmscherp. Gezien ik rechtshandig ben , bevestig ik het mes in mijn rechter broekzak. Telkens ik mijn rechterhand in mijn broekzak steek, schuift de buitenzijde van mijn rechter pink langs de uitstekende scherpe hoeken van de achterkant van het lemmet. Daardoor ontstaan er snijwondjes. Bijgevolg kan ik de pocketclip niet gebruiken en steek ik het mes los in mijn broekzak.
Dergelijke fout in het concept zou toch niet mogen bij een mes van deze prijsklasse.
Bestaat er een afdekplaatje die ik kan monteren na het verwijderen van de pocketclip ?

Ist mein erstes taschenmesser dieser Preisklasse. Und ich bin top zufrieden. Ein richtiger Handschmeichler. Höllisch scharf, und perfekt verarbeitet.

Sehr wertiges Messer, stabil und trotzdem so klein, dass es in die Jeans-Pocket passt. Sauscharf.
