The **Extrema Ratio Fulcrum Droppoint Desert Warfare** is a tough, robust pocket knife. Few pocket knives are built to be as strong as this Extrema Ratio. And it isn't just any design. Extrema Ratio built this knife specifically at the request of an Italian anti-terrorism unit. Their requirements were that the blade had to be extremely robust and also suitable for prying. The knife also needed a super safe locking mechanism and good hardness. The result is this Extrema Ratio Fulcrum.

The handle is made from anticorodal, a special aluminium alloy that is highly corrosion-resistant. The blade is made from N690 steel. This steel is tough, corrosion-resistant, and retains its sharpness well. The blade thickness of 5.8 mm makes sense when you consider the Italians' wish to be able to pry with this knife. The back lock is still one of the strongest options on the market. Especially with the extra fuse that has been built in. You quickly open the blade one-handed with the thumb stud. You can use the included Allen keys to remove the thumb stud if preferred, so the knife becomes a two-handed opener.
