Full description
This Eden Dento Nakiri is a great Japanese-style vegetable knife, In Japan the nakiri is used to precisely chop vegetables. The knife's edge barely tapers towards the tip. However, the tip is slightly rounded, so the knife can easily roll over the cutting board. Because of its superior characteristics it is amazing to work with and look at.

This is a very nice knife. I use this for fine work and have very good results on carrots etc so far. Whilst this is fundamentally a large razor blade on a stick it is at the same time a beautiful object and a joy to hold and work with. This is my first time as a chef using a wa handle and I've settled into it very quickly. Day to day maintenance is easy and I would say my experience with this knife has been a pleasure! Knives & tools as reliable as always. Cheers!
