Zoals de hele serie Culinar van Wusthof is de snijkwaliteit van het mes perfect. Het disign van deze serie vind ik ook echt prachtig. 1 minpuntje is dat het mes niet in het Wusthof messenblok past, maar daar hoort het mes misschien ook niet thuis.
En verder gaat de bestelling, verwerking en verzending bij Knifesandtools zoals het hoort.. goed.

Prachtige afwerking, mooie balans, ook prettig werken op de kaaswagen.

Ik was toe aan een nieuwe messenset (five Star aardig verslepen na ruim 10 jaar) en heb een aantal verschillende fabrikaten (Duits en Japans) geprobeerd. Keuze op de Culinair serie gevallen. Niet goedkoop maar in vergelijking met veel Japanners valt ook dat nog mee.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
