Ik ben misschien bevooroordeeld want ik ben al jaren fan van Wusthof dus misschien vandaar mijn hoge waardering cijfers.Maar de balans van deze messen is perfect het heeft voor mij het juiste gewicht en ligt voor mij zeer lekker in de hand.Verder zijn de messen bij levering al vlijm scherp, het zijn zeker niet de goedkoopste messen maar kwaliteit kost nu eenmaal geld.
