The **Case Small Stockman** is a small version of a real classic in the pocket knife world. This pattern is almost as old as the entire category of Traditionals. This Case Stockman is a very pure incarnation of this classic model. It has three blades: a clippoint blade as the *main blade*, a 3.8 cm sheepfoot blade and a *pen blade*.

 When opened the three blades are kept in place by a slipjoint lock. Because Case uses two lock-springs to keep three blades in place it is inevitable that the blades are located close together and can even touch each other when closed. This is a part of the design of the blade and also gives it, its authentic charm.

 ## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel

 The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. A great feature of this type of steel is that it can be sharpened quickly.

 ## Natural Smooth Bone

 The handle is made from *Natural Smooth Bone*. You might know Case from the coloured bone handles. This version, however, was left blank. It is cow bone that is still enhanced with some texture. This is a truly classic type of handle material which radiates class and elegance. Perfectly matching the Case knives.
