The Buck 865 Trigger Knife is a tough and solid knife. With a smooth wrist movement the flipper opens the blade. Also, there are thumb studs on both sides. The cut-out for your index finger and the jimping on the back of the blade ensures good control during use. The knife is very comfortable to hold.

Het mes komt heel scherp uit de doos, direct klaar voor gebruik. Ligt lekker in de hand, en zeker niet te zwaar. De clip voor aan je riem zit stevig en blijft goed hangen. Ook het gekartelde gedeelte is vlijmscherp.
Ik gebruik het mes in de omgang met paarden, en tijdens het rijden blijft de clip heel stevig vastzitten en schuift niet heen en weer. Lekker compact en toch makkelijk open te maken met één hand. Een prettig mes voor het dagelijkse gebruik met paarden of anderszins in het buitenleven.
Buck blijft topkwaliteit leveren, dit is niet mijn eerste en zeker niet mijn laatste mes van Buck dat ik koop. De service van KAT was heel snel en goed, product lag de dag na bestellen al in de brievenbus. Zeker een aanrader.
