Mooi mes, ligt goed in de hand, gebruik hem dagelijks, fijn mes.

Bij het openen van de verpakking vond ik een leuk kaartje van Böker, met daarop een felicitatie voor de aankoop van mijn Titan 'Hunter'. En hoewel de gelijkvormige 'Worker' niet bepaald voordelig geprijsd is, is de 'Hunter' waarschijnlijk nog € 100 duurder (houten of hertengewei handgrepen in plaats van micarta en Cronidur-30 lemmetstaal, dat ook in de Space Shuttle is gebruikt, 'nou dan weet je het wel...'). 
Ondanks de felicitatie moest ik het doen met micarta handgrepen en 440C lemmetstaal, maar daar had ik dan ook om gevraagd. 
Het zware, zeer scherpe lemmet is van het betere kwaliteit 440C staal van 'Steirer Eisen', prima voor een werkmes. Het forse Titanium frame boezemt vertrouwen in en de Titanium linerlock blokkering doet niet onder voor een frame lock. Alles loopt soepel en de afwerking is goed, al was het lemmet in gesloten toestand niet mooi gecentreerd. Dat 'soepel' geldt evenwel ook voor de 'detent'(!), het keramische 'balletje' veroorzaakt 'weinig weerstand'.
Ondanks de forse uitvoering is de 'Worker' niet echt zwaar. De handgreep is zeer comfortabel en het micarta voelt prettig aan. Het bruine micarta wordt door sommige bezitters met 'Ballistol' ingesmeerd om de kleur wat dieper te maken. De kleur op mijn exemplaar is prima (en de bezorgkosten van Ballistol zijn in Nederland vele malen hoger dan de prijs voor een flesje van het spul)
De 'Worker' heeft in tegenstelling tot de duurdere 'Hunter' een handige draagclip. 
De Titan Worker is een prijzig, maar kwalitatief uitstekend werkmes met een functionele (niet tactische) uitstraling, dat weer goed en snel door K&T werd bezorgd.
