The Benchmade 757 Vicar is a monster of a knife, designed by Shane Spencer. The G10 handles almost stick to your hand, that’s how much grip they provide. The blade is very thick with a 4.2 mm width. The titanium liners keep the weight relatively low and the liner-lock is very solid

Zeer indrukwekkend mes, perfect afgewerkt. Momenteel het duurste mes in mijn bezit, maar zou ik graag nog een van kopen zodat ik er 1 kan gebruiken en de ander mooi kan houden ;).
Het mes heeft geen ball bearings, maar is aanzienlijk smoother dan bijv. de crkt outrage die dat wel heeft. Zijdezachte actie, het mes klapt onder eigen gewicht dicht. En hoewel groot, is het comfortabel te dragen, vrij licht dankzij het titanium frame. 
Enige minpunt is dat de g10 nogal grippy is, ook onder de pocket clip. Wil je het mes daarom echt dragen raad ik je aan met schuurpapier (rond de 400-600 grit) een paar maal onder de clip te gaan. Hierdoor slijt de g10 en kun je zonder je broek te beschadigen het mes prima dragen. 

Het kost wat, maar zeker het geld waard!

Uitstekend mes. Heb al heel wat messen aangeschaft, maar dit is het ultieme zakmes.
