## Beavercraft DIY07 Kuksa Carving Kit

A kuksa is a multi-purpose, durable and re-usable mug made from wood. The perfect companion on your hiking trip! The kuksa's origins can be traced back to the Sami. A Finno-Ugric-speaking people inhabiting the Sápmi region, which today includes large northern parts of Norway, Sweden, Finland and Murmansk in Russia.

## About the wood carving knives

### Blade made from 65G carbon steel

BeaverCraft uses 65G carbon steel to make their tools. This is a tough type of steel that is easy to sharpen. The blade is cut to size by lasers to ensure extreme precision.

### Ash wood handle

The handle of the wood carving knife is made from ash wood, a hard type of wood that feels great in hand.
